Offene Werkstatt für Improvisationstanz – Alle willkommen!

Willst du deinen Tanz, deine Bewegung, deinen Körperausdruck jenseits fester Schrittabfolgen und sonstigen Vorgaben erfahren? Herzlich willkommen in unserem Improvisations-Tanz Labor! Hier geht es ums Experimentieren, Entdecken und Erfinden – in deinem eigenen Tempo, spielerisch und authentisch.
Ob du alleine oder mit anderen tanzt, Anfänger*in oder Profi bist, groß oder klein, schnell oder langsam… du bist genau so willkommen, wie du bist.
In diesem 2-stündigen Workshop kommen wir durch Übungen aus Tanz, Performance & Theater in Kontakt mit unserem kreativen Potential, lösen uns von Bewegungsmustern, und finden neue Formen, uns in unserer Einzigartigkeit, in unserer Vielfalt, in unserer Lebendigkeit authentisch auszudrücken. Während des Labs und zum Abschluss gibt es immer Gelegenheit zum freien Tanzen.
Jeden 3. Und 4. Mittwoch im Monat: 18.45 – 20:45 (20:30 entspanntes Ankommen 😉)
Wir bitten um eine Kostenbeteiligung pro Einzeltermin von €15 – 20 // Mehrfachpässe ab € 10 / Lab. Wenn es gerade finanziell knapp ist, melde dich jedenfalls an und kontaktiere uns einfach – wir finden eine Lösung! Mit deinem Beitrag werden die Kosten gedeckt und du machst andere solcher Veranstaltungen in der St. Karl Kirche und woanders möglich!

IMPRO Dance Lab – Kaleidoscope
Open workshop for improvisational dance – everyone welcome!
Do you want to explore your dance, your movement, your bodily expression beyond fixed step sequences and other demands? Then a warm WELCOME to our improvisational dance lab! Here it’s all about experimenting, discovering, and inventing—at your own pace, playfully and authentically.
Whether you dance alone or with others, whether you’re a beginner or a professional, tall or small, fast or slow… you are welcome exactly as you are.
In this 2-hour workshop, we connect with our creative potential through exercises from dance, performance, and theatre. We loose ourselves from movement patterns and discover new ways to express ourselves authentically—in our uniqueness, our diversity, and our aliveness. During the lab and at the end, there is always time for free dancing.
Every 3rd and 4th Wednesday of the month: 6:45 – 8:45 PM (6:30 relaxed arrival 😉)
Contribution:
Regular single session €15–20 // Multi-passes from €10 per lab
